Finally a bit of sanity in a sea of total insanity. Do you think this will make it to SCOTUS? If yes it will make them look at the real statistics because that is part of the case. I know the 2012 report they are talking about and what it says about CP. At the time that it came out I was hopeful that it will make a change.
