In reply to Florida Action Committee. Even so, any statute can be challenged. That’s how we get laws changed. It should be challenged because the “law” is requiring people to risk themselves as well as others in the process.

In reply to Bob. The California Statutes DO NOT require in person registration. The Florida Statutes do. That is a critical distinction.
