We have far to many legislators who are seriously lacking an education concerning those who commit sex offenses. Contrary to the ‘popular belief’ that many legislators have, those who have committed a sex offense do not wake up every morning focused on who will be the ‘next target’.

Punishment is what it’s all about in the government’s mind. It has nothing to do with recidivism rates. It has nothing to do with rehabilitation. The politicians have found a class of people that they can discriminate against yet get away with and even applauded for, and they are intent on seizing the opportunity. People seem to love to hate, and now they have a whole bunch of people to hate on without even knowing them.
