Wow is that part of. The new sentence reform bill hey you have something for every body..so is this genius up for reelection and had to come up with some thing to be remembered by..that is usually the case when a politician is a real loser…good show jerk.

Hurst has introduced this bill almost every year since 2007 and not once has it even been heard by committee. Of course, so did IML, so I have my Alabama contacts watching it. It is mostly a publicity stunt for reelection.

A little caveat here, the bill actually states it is for anyone 21 or over with a contact offense against anyone 12 or under. Still, mandatory surgical castration would never pass constitutional muster.
