Would like to Thank the FAC for what they do!
I think a lot goes unnoticed of the extremely high cost for legal action and what efforts goes into it all. That is why we need members to step up to the plate and help out anyway you can. FAC can not do it all alone !!!

We have no control over these things. The Packingham case began when he was arrested for his post in 2010 – it was concluded in 2017. I’m not suggesting this case will make it’s way to the Supreme Court (or even survive summary judgment), but there’s no way of knowing how long it will take.

You also have a case pending in the same Northern district court of FL with regards to residency restrictions correct ? That’s the one the 11th court of appeals sent back to the district court and cited Snyder ?
