OK, my understanding of the statute is that I don’t have say jack shit unless I’m staying at a fixed location anywhere in the U.S. for 3 or more days. Am I wrong?

My advise to all, on any re-reg or other in person informational updates take out the IPhone and voice record. Your under both video and voice as soon as you enter the registration area.

The problem with the online system, is there is zero instructions. I also have no idea if it has been tested for browser compatibility. One could have a different experience using mobile or desktop. Information can be lost or missing.

In-Person is even scarier. As the LEO taking the information literraly can enter or delete any information. They can also enter the information incorrectly. The amount of tabs on each screen to process a request screams human error.

There is no grievance process at the local registration office. I am not sure there is one state wide.

I would be interested to know how many people have experienced issues < human error > or system failures in regards to the online and in-person reporting requirements. This information compiled would be a class action lawsuit alone.

I beg to differ. Taken together, the purpose and intent of statutes 743.0435, 775.21, 775.215 and 794.075 is to impose life time supervision equivalent to that of parole or probation. The entire legislative scheme of imposing additional punishment under the guise of being remedial needs to be attacked.

Here, M25 seems to have accepted “IN PERSON” re-reg but not other “IN PERSON” requirements. That split will surely fail in Court. This one is already lost.

Another thing i do not understand is that the visitors vehicle is not mine i am not on any paperwork of that vehicle how is it that i need to report something that isnt mine nor that i have any control over nor that the person has given me permission to report as such? And then have that person associated with me on that registry without having anything whatsoever to do with the case or its consequences?
