Mark and Adele successfully had residency restrictions in Pleasant Prairie, WI declared unconstitutional. Mark is representing registered residents of Wayside Cross Ministry in Aurora, IL. The mayor placed a “pocket playground” inside a municipal park in an attempt to remove registered citizens. The Wayside Cross is actually a church ministry so mayor is trying to prevent residents from participating in their religious services.
