I'm saying that Florida has required predators to register with authorities since 1993, (called the sexual predator act of 1993), and that is how it was worded in 1993. Florida has been requiring juveniles to register since 2007 and that is also how the act was worded.

Florida’s sex predator act of 93 only said “convicted on or after.” Florida’s juvenile registration act only said “convicted on or after,” whereas the megans law act of 1997 said “convicted on or after, OR STILL SERVING SANCTIONS.” Why didn’t they add that phrase in the other 2 Florida acts?
