It would be fitting if the Wong Sun (fruit of the poisonous tree case) came back to bite the police in this case …and talk about wasted resources … call the police when you come home to your house broken into and robbed … what do you think they do ?? Take fingerprints ??? Canvass the neighborhood for witnesses or video?? NOPE… they let you fill out paperwork for a report to give to your insurance carrier …

Many of these posts are digests, not intended to fully replace the source material. If the salacious details can be toned down without obscuring the summary digest, and it helps some members maintain a connection to our community, it's worth doing. The backlash to people being triggered at all is often no less absurd than some of the absurd triggers that are out there. Every situation is different.

SHAME on America and Law Enforcement for WASTING time and taxpayer dollars in this BULLSH*T.

I guess this is right along the lines of online sting operations and possession of ‘inappropriate images’.

Solving real crime is becoming difficult huh? Or is there not enough REAL crime these days to justify so many Law Enforcement jobs? Which is it?

Let’s talk more about the elephant in the room. I want to know what judge signed a search warrant for officers to stage a bomb threat hoax (isn’t that a felony in itself?) to illegally install the cameras at this particular parlour? Since the warrant was illegal, the installation of the cameras illegal (under the 4th Amendment), all the arrests should be thrown out. Fruit of the poisoned tree. I hope Mr. Kraft has a lawyer who will pursue justice under these facts.

Also, this sting was not confined to this one parlour. What other illegal tactics did LE use to install cameras at the other establishments, since the Palm Beach County state attorney Dave Aronberg is claiming this was a multi-county operation?

Thank you for posting this article though I saw it on line yesterday, but I agree completely with your comments.
The only silver lining I see in this is these crooked cops may finally get what they deserve. There not messing with poor and broken down people who have been stripped of there abilities to make a living for years now. These people have money and plenty of it . I hope Robert Kraft and the others show no mercy in exposing these illegal investigators tactics for what they are. Make some heads roll. There cameras were put in private rooms, like putting cameras in bathrooms. Where do they get that authority. It obviously didn’t take 4 months to find out what was going on there, What were they doing with there movies during all that time. As you said where are the 13 year old victims. If there are none why were the news releas saying there were minor as young as 13 being held against there will. Who released that information.
Robert make em pay big time.

I disagree with you… National Geographic is an education site and they have nudity and other sexual graphic materials while F.A.C does not have these things but claims it is educated site as well By informing the public with facts but yet removing details because of taste,or personal agenda it is no longer educational site.
Because it means has now been censor. Speaking of triggers based on graphic details A person should not walk out side their door,watch t.v. or even look at an ad because these could all be triggers. I am sadden today that F.A.C has buckled under the weight of pressure by a member to censor a public affidavit. I guess now we going to have safe spaces here at this so called educational site!

That is always how I see it done even with video content. In movies / tv programs from big studios, TV commercials, Youtube / internet videos, etc. etc.

What matters is that potentially offensive language makes it more difficult to share with others in the community who may be less aware. And you DO want me sharing FAC postings, right?
