So this at least increases the chances that this and the medicaid ban bill will not go anywhere.

BUT I would never rest on my laurels and still watch this bill.

Mace/Luna both introduced similar legislation last year, BTW, and thankfully it went nowhere.

Book). Ms. Mace’s buddy, Rep. (another from Florida) Anna Paulina Luna I believe first brought up using the death penalty in crimes against children (not resulting in death). As you know, Rep. Mace is also pushing her bill to ban Registrants nationally from disaster shelters.

Kudos to News Nation host Leland Vittert, for standing up to Nancy Mace last night on his program. She acted unhinged as usual, he pushed back and “ridiculed” her for extreme views on the Epstein files and not supporting the rule of law. If you can, i recommend taking a look at the segment. Of course, Vittert was immediately accused of “defending pedophiles” from the deranged mobs on X.

Since Rep. Mace is now grandstanding for a member of President Trump’s Cabinet to testify about the Epstein files (as a suspect), I hope her political fortunes disappear.

That is the same analogy another forum contributor has said about her, which IMO is spot on. These actions now are all for her campaign because she knows she is behind in the state polls and needs the political credibility for votes regardless of what the court’s opinion was on it. She is pushing this like other southern states are (ahem, AL) because they feel if they normalize it in thought, then it can’t be considered cruel and unusual by the courts. Enough lies about it said will make it believable and therefore, the truth in their feeble minds.

IMO, Ms. Mace is trying to make up for lost ground and time she has and she blew once she graduated from her institution of higher education where her pop was the top dawg administrator.
