America’s police corruption story is greater than the present Newspaper narrative of individual-wronging of singular individual officers. NYC police dept. top brass figured out a way to game the system at retirement and gamed the system to criminally set up unauthorized constabularies in Suffolk County N.Y. In 2008 with the national limelight shed upon Patchogue the ensuing criminal cover-up of the illegal and discriminatory policing was systematically engaged in by County, NYC, The CCRB, New York State and the Federal Government The cover-up of widespread police misconduct against minorities leads to the Attorney General’s Office, the New York State Commission of Investigation, Division of Human Rights , the New York State OIG, the FBI, to the Dept of Justice and the DOJ’s OIG.

Using the prestige of retired NYC police officials, Patchogue, Suffolk County and New York State fostered and conspired to create wholly unauthorized and FAKE POLICE depts in Suffolk County. When it was discovered, State and Federal law enforcement official conspired to wrongfully employed police power and governmental privileged to cover up willful institutional and managerial wrongdoing.

Once established, Patchogue’s and Suffolk County’s Fake police departments were employed to do black-ops civil rights discrimination. Both local, County, State and Federal Authorities have lost hierachal control because of their participation.

The Office of the New York State Attorny General, has answered in court pleadings that NYS is under no obligation to enforce the law against unauthorized policing organizations.
