Fac-admin you even wrote a blog post on this topic. None of them are on the online portion of the registry. It is because of case law and statutory law that only affects leo, fbi, Cia etc.

This was widely known in 2002, it’s possible it has changed. However, I doubt it

Unless the statutory laws have changed. If you worked as a police officer and are FDLE certified In Florida they will not publish your name and address online. This is due to safety reasons because of their interactions with criminals as a police officer. I’m suprised none of you know this. He or she may still have to register but will be exempt from the online registry

Yes – there are several LEOs on the registry. Several teachers, coaches, etc… nobody is immune except politicians and there’s no rule for that – just how it works out.

It’s very interesting, when a person who understands what happens when someone is pursued, investigated and convicted of a sex offense, would rather take his/her own life rather than try to live the lives we and our families are “forced” to live. This should speak volumes to our judges and the general public.

Politicians are exempt because the have no soul.
