Just because California is arguably the most liberal state in the US does not mean there aren't pockets of conservatism. Don't forget that Ronald Reagan, the one most resposible for modern conservatism, came from California.

Me thinks he doth protest too much.

We know the type, he's hiding his truth through projection. I feel bad for him.

The politician who pushed for it said the following:

"Oh I think when you assault a child, as far as I'm concerned, you should lose your own life. In the Bible it talks about a millstone for those who hurt children. Yeah, there's too much toleration of heinous acts against children, and yeah I have no sympathy for them. As far as i'm concerned, there ought to be, you know, conviction, then execution."

In his short time in office, Fresno County Supervisor and Christofascist Garry Bredefeld has pushed to ban DEI and gay pride parades in Fresco County. He was also quoted as saying, “I don’t give a sh– about those people” while bashing public transportation plans, and “We have an obligation to make sure our county departments don’t go woke, don’t buy into the nonsense that unfortunately involves gender ideology and trans and all the other stuff that’s destructive to our children,” in attacking public libraries.

He'd fit right in with FloriDUH politics.

You would think law enforcement would like that since they are all in one place, would be easier to catch up with them and if not, talk to one of the other registrants and find out when they would be home to be verified. There used to be a house in my county like that and the guy had a van and drove all the registrants to their registration office. He also charged them rent of a fair price. Law enforcement liked it because they did not have to drive to 10 or so houses to find someone, they were all in one home.

As we all know, housing for those who are registered folks, are getting harder and harder to find. If like me, you have been in the same house for 20 some years, you are grandfathered in. No other registrant can move to where I live now because there is a school close by, but I was grandfathered in decades ago. But if I were to move, there are few places left that are not off limits or that have so many registrants I would not want to live there in case of a "Mass attack" on them.

Even if I were removed from the registry, I will still stay where I live, as housing prices have tripled since what I paid for my home.
