Thanks for the questions. A lawsuit was filed in October to challenge the Residency Restrictions and is pending in the US District Court in the Southern District of Florida. Another lawsuit will soon be filed challenging the proximity ordinances. FAC is a named Plaintiff in these lawsuits.

And is there anything being done in Florida to fight these restrictions as well? Is there anything REALLY being done to fight the unfairness and unlawfulness of the scam sting operations that literally hundreds if not thousands of us here in Florida have been unfairly prosecuted under? Florida seems to be able to go unhindered with any law they want, or operation they want to do without any repercussions or consequences from the Feds. I see all these articles and hear about all these protests, but is any REAL action being done by anyone here in FL that will overturn all the convictions of those arrested in the stings or force the legislature to back track on the ridiculous laws they are trying to push through? It’s great that things are being done in OTHER states, but what is being done here in Florida? And who is doing it? And what are the results? It’s great to sit here and talk about it, but what is being done about it?
