Fortunately for this young adult she lives in Minnesota and not Florida.

I have no doubt that after “examining” the evidence in the men’s room that the Florida law enforcement would have raided her home for more evidence to “examine”!

This young American citizen has every right to take as many photos of HER body as she likes and to share those with anyone she sees fit to view them.

How absurd this stupidity is. It is private…it harms no one…it is her choice.

America needs to grow up.

Most prosecutors and their bosses, the DAs, are looking for convictions…NOT justice.
They probably thought this was an “easy win.”

Why is common sense so difficult to come by? If a 14 year old wants to send a ‘nudie’ to her boyfriend that’s her decision…not a very smart one…but her decision none the less! It’s amazing how times have changed. When I was that age I was scared to death to even ask a girl to dance.
