It not used for what was meant fo, it’s a way to control people as government always wanted to do and collect fees.
In the future, everyone will be a felon and on a registry and poof. controlled and select people to run for offices since can’t run for office if a felon. Prisons will later have online booking, be part of the sex stings scams ….. lol
