FAC correct if I am wrong but I believe the State statutes would be similar in regard to public sex acts though they may differ in title and language. Lewd Acts, Indecency, Disorderly Conduct, Public Exposure are all criminal acts.

Additionally, what the person is charged with can vary widely from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Also, creative charging and over charging is something popular with law enforcement so the charges may range from misdemeanors of varying degrees to felonies of various degrees.
