					<description><![CDATA[Of course it goes without saying that SCOTUS justices and the clerks that work for them should - and we have every right to expect them to - go beyond the first information they find.  It is horrendous that they don&#039;t or haven&#039;t in the past.  I think this is another letter writing campaign - at least we can compile the information that is true and cite this information from above as a reason for the letters.  At least that way we know that the next time one of these cases comes before SCOTUS they will have the correct information!!]]></description>
