Of course it goes without saying that SCOTUS justices and the clerks that work for them should – and we have every right to expect them to – go beyond the first information they find. It is horrendous that they don’t or haven’t in the past. I think this is another letter writing campaign – at least we can compile the information that is true and cite this information from above as a reason for the letters. At least that way we know that the next time one of these cases comes before SCOTUS they will have the correct information!!
