The clean hands doctrine means if you come to court and are guilty of some type of outstanding crime. When you have paid your adjudicated price you hands are supposed to be clean according to justice….

The problem is not trying to claim to be a victim in spite of those that were hurt, but being the victim of vindictive politicians after the price the justice system affixed to the offense has been paid. When the price is paid that should mean it is paid. Who would want to buy an appliance, pay on it monthly until it is paid off, and then find out that the loan company wants continued payments? No one in their right mind would put up with that. That’s what we have going on in Florida.

The future of RO successful reintegration isn’t the Governments goal. Destabilizing Citizens is their goal. Conducting an information campaign focusing on discrediting & evicting tyrannical administrations should be a major goal for us. Among us are very intelligence,
able individuals with a myriad of skill sets . What I mean is using our Government’s methods to facilitate political character assassination by digging their’ skeletons out of the closet & showing the World how imperfect these people actually are. No dirt? No problem! Manipulate the truth the same way the authorities do or simply create lies to shame them. A cyber insurrection is the RX.

C – while I agree that those who view CP usually do not realize the continuing pain those victims endure into adult hood – I do not agree (as I know many do) that those that view CP are re-victimizing the subjects. I get tired of sexual abuse being made out to be worse than any other type of victimization. ALL victimization is equally as bad – but throw the word sex in there and it becomes the worst – that is a social construct idea many have been indoctrinated to believe. If you watch a show, read a book, etc, that shows actual crime scene photos of victims are you re- victimizing them? Of course not. If you rubberneck an accident on the road way where a drunk driver caused a bad crash are you re-victimizing the injured? The idea is absurd but that is exactly what many want us to think about CP – no one here thinks that responsibility should not be taken for any actions but I for one advocate for good sense. We have all seen photographs of victims – are we supposed to take responsibility for their victimization?

If a registrant has anything at all to do with property values, it’s that buyers can use him/her as an argument for a lower price on a home. However, there will likely be other potential buyers who are completely unaware of the registrant – so, I don’t see that as a big issue. Buyers have a much bigger aversion to run-down housing areas (where many registered citizens just happen to live), and those who would be concerned about registrants don’t even shop in those hoods to begin with. When I hear people complain about their property values due to registrants, I say ‘You, via your legislators, CREATED the problem – stop the registry if you want those values to go back up.’
