As for the damage done to family my step granddaughter always enjoyed our trips to the park , now has started school and would like me to attend functions . My boss held my job until my release only to be told by their insurance I could not be sent on jobs because of the registry , I was convicted of a misdemeanor given the max sentence then placed on the registry making it imposible to have a normal life for me and my family. my relationship with my family and friends has been irrevocably changed…

Yet a number of sex laws intended to protect children, in the hope of protecting at least one child, not only have been found to be completely ineffective, they actually are demonstrably harmful to the welfare of some children. In terms of children’s rights, it probably depends on which rights are being affected in your case, by what laws, and in what jurisdiction.

My husband was blackmailed into accepting a charge, long story, he got three years probation. 16 years later our children are being effected still. The registration is a punishment to not only my husband, but also, more importantly our children. Thank you for any help!

In reply to Bobby. Well Bobby the problem is that the good old boy mecca that is Florida will NEVER vote in a progressive governor or legislature, like we just saw with this last election. It baffles me that these idiots in Florida, voted to continue to keep Prick Scott in office representing them. And voted in a guy for governor that essentially called his black opponent a monkey. And since we will never, ever get the chance to vote and have a say in the matter, I say this state can go to hell for all I care. I'm done and checked out a long time ago. It thrills me to see Florida once again be the laughingstock of the whole country with the recount saga. Brenda Snipes and Broward county are my new heroes LOL!! Siggghhhh this state is such a sh*thole.

wow, this guy should be in charge of our laws and policies here in Florida.
Politicians, Law enforcement and people in general, should watch this and take note. This is how it is to think things through in a calm way and be rational. Of course, the comment section on this Youtube video leaves me no surprise from those who do not think and emotions overcome. They are pretty much mixed 50/50 or so.
