The entrapment stings are happening in the military too. Our uniformed servicemembers are being entrapped by NCIS, OSI and CIS in often worse and more confusing scenarios as they have absolutely no ICAC training, or they completely ignore it and for some prosecuted cases they are using picture of twenty year old women as the “child” the guy is talking to! In one case, they sent a twenty year old “decoy” girl to meet an airman at the gym. Convinced that she was of age after that, he met her for sex and was arrested. Another airman was in Afghanistan and was sent pictures of an adult woman. The conversation was turned sexual by the OSI agent and the agent asked him to send a picture of himself that was a lewd picture. He did and was charged with “child sex abuse” for “lewd pictures and lewd language to a child”. Laughable since there was absolutely no child involved. The lady in the picture had a huge visible tattoo on her arm too. He was also on Ambien the military gave him to sleep in a war zone.
That’s how the government treats our heroes overseas who are fighting.
Then they kick them out for that and force them on the sex offender registry.

There are 2 versions of entrapment available for criminal defense in Florida courts. Subjective and objective.

Subjective is a what if this person wasn’t wanting to do anything illegal kind of thing but the LEO basically peer pressured them into going through with it. Reaching that threshold in Florida is set almost unattainably high with these stings.

Objective entrapment on the other hand, it matters not if the defendant wanted to commit any manner of illegal activities from the very beginning. If it can be proven the the primary goal of a sting was to make as many arrests as possible, regardless of the intention of the defendant, then the threshold for objective entrapment has been met.

As far as stings go the objective entrapment defense is far more viable when the total number of arrests for a particular county due to sting ops , compared to those non sting related (very very few), is highlighted combined with 42 U.S.C. 17612 (https://www.govinfo.gov/app/details/USCODE-2010-title42/USCODE-2010-title42-chap154-subchapI-sec17612).

Yes they have. All the abc agencies are owned by the elite, who are a priesthood of 300 families that have been running the world since the Sumerian age. The elite own politicians who make laws for the elite, keeping their fellow lawyers in business by having their law enforcement droids round up the slave labor from which the parasites profit. This is where “Human Resources” originated.

I discovered a historian on LinkedIn who wrote about the original 13th Amendment. It barred persons with titles of nobility from holding public office. One example of a title of nobility is “esquire” aka attorney aka lawyer. How many lawyers are in the legislatures and other public office positions?

The original 13th Amendment also removes US citizenship from any person of or accepting a title of nobility. The ratified amendment was enroute to the Attorney General to be officially entered into law but was intercepted by someone working for the elite, possibly the papal guard, who is also said by some to be who killed President Lincoln, Nikola Tesla (or it was his Secretary, Prescott Bush) and who was involved with President Kennedy’s murder.

So I started researching and found other sources writing about this original 13th Amendment and learned that the original 13th Amendment is still on record in military books.

When you discover our true history, everything happening now magically becomes very clear. You can see that about every 100 or so years, they pull events and start wars as a means to reduce the population. It’s staggering how many lives were lost in wars and even in the war training.

History repeats because people forget. But they didn’t see the internet coming or how it was going to connect people and be a tool for spreading the true info and knowledge that they’ve hidden for millennia. Americans are more in the dark ages than the rest of the world that has been invaded and plundered and lived under obvious occupation.

Most Americans are blind to the fact that this country has also been invaded, occupied and plundered by the same elites. My Native American Cherokee ancestors could explain it, but they were mostly wiped out by the elite with smallpox-infected blankets and forced to walk from East Tennessee and North Carolina to Oklahoma, during winter months where thousands died.

Wounded Knee was the largest single mass shooting in America. The elites’ soldiers took the guns from the Natives, then turned and mowed them all down, men, women, CHILDREN and BABIES. Over 300 PEOPLE were murdered in cold blood. This is the truth about what they really think about kids. They use them to make laws and you all know the rest. They’re all nothing more than common criminals and thugs, and look at the hell they continue to force on humanity.

Nonsense – we are just another species of animal. Society, morals, religions, and most certainly LAWS are simply man made inventions. Slavery was once legal, blacks were once segregated, woman were not allowed to vote and being gay was once classified as a mental disorder.

The point is that this inhuman treatment is nothing new and humans have mistreated other humans from day one and will do so until we as a species go extinct – that will happen by the way.

The earth will not miss us for a moment and will keep spinning along.

The thing about “God help us”….it is US who directs the energy that is “God” which is actually simply GOOD…doing good, speaking good, thinking good. We grew up hearing “God is good”. It is also true that Good is God. “God”/Good is in us all, as is the dEVIL/EVIL. We all have a dark and light side. The key is balancing these energies and not letting the dark overcome the light.

No one is coming to save us. It was a huge kick in the gut when I woke up and realized the truth of our existence. The Force/Energy Field cares not what we plant in it, it merely responds to our thoughts, invocations…the energy we vibrate into the field.

The Energy Field is super unbalanced. The Earth is wobbling from the imbalance, like a ceiling fan that is out of balance. The dark side is losing ground, though, because the scale is tipping back. People are waking up. The SUN of God/GOOD is returning…gloriously hot…and evolving planet and inhabitants. Airport runways were changed by 1° in 2010 to adjust for the Earth’s movement.

It’s up to YOU and ME and all of us to continue waking up the rest of the sleeping masses to the corrupt lies and deception that the ancient priesthood has been using to manipulate, rob blind and to divide and conquer for millennia.
