Gee, let me see….high number….according to FSCJ, they have over 55,000 students. So, 51 enrolled at FSCJ out of 55,220….yeah, that’s a pretty high number…..less than 1/10 of 1 percent!!!!

I lost confidence in the so-called justice system about a decade ago when all this hysteria began. Now, in Jacksonville, if you are designated a predator, you can’t even enroll in FSCJ. If you are an offender, you might be able to. This is a recently enacted policy change, not publicized to my knowledge: http://www.fscj.edu/discover-fscj/public-safety-security

Be sure to read the document they reference also. I only found out about this after attempting to register for a summer class and getting a hold message.

The public shaming and restrictions go on unabated and increasing every year. There is no hope.

Why was it dismissed?
That was such a ray of light in such a dark future here in Miami for registered citizens!

Why did I not think it would turn out any differently? I guess I don’t have any confidence left in America after living through murderers’, drug dealers’, etc , targeting children and only getting a stint in the slammer for a few short years.
It is beyond me why I have served my time as imposed by the court but, find myself year after year putting myself on a registry.
I don’t have any confidence in the American people or the justice system any more.
