A Writ of Cert was submitted in the case of Doe v. Snyder (6th Circuit) but they have not decided to hear it (or not).

I wish that, before anyone is elected, the Senators, Congressmen, Legislators, and the President would all be required to learn " The Constitution of the United States of America", and "The Declaration of Independence ", word for word, front, back and side ways to know what they are talking about, instead of thinking that the American public will pay attention to the new laws they pass are actually illegal and a major violation of American rights. I urge all the RSOs on this site to read both and educate yourselves to all the rights that are being taken from us as a people. We as people who have families, jobs, aren't even granted the simple things in life. Under the Declaration, we have the right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, the politicians don't seem to know that or care, as long as they can put us in a box and discard us like trash. We as a people have the same rights as anyone else to have a second chance to live a life of happiness without having the Government, Federal or State, to impose an Illegal Ex-post Facto laws on us. My nephew as a juvenile had 151 counts of burglary, then as an adult he was arrested 3 more times for burglary. He's already stolen stuff from me, so I'm more worried about him stealing stuff from me than I am RSOs in my neighborhood. 95% to 98% of us are trying to do the right thing, but the Government(s) won't let us. They ridicule us, persecute us, turn people against us that don't really know us, pass laws that continually punish us, and in general degrade us as individuals. I want to Thank the FAC and all who are involved, for fighting for us and allowing me to vent. Thanks again.
P.S. When is the Ex Post Facto lawsuit expected to go before SCOTUS?

Looking forward to the day when we here in Brevard County Florida can once again go to the grocery store nearest our homes, grab a burger and milk shake at McDonalds, pick up supplies at the nearest pharmacy, get car parts at a close by store, not have to drive miles to get a haircut, and most of all, be able to visit with my neighbors. Restrictions totally unrelated to our convictions are unConstitutional and serve zero purpose.
