Jed – I think you missed the Rinaldi case (6:22-CV-00023) that was filed in 2022. That was a win. It’s why registrants can go to more places now than before. The glaring example was when registrants couldn’t speak at the County Commission meeting, which tipped the scale.
One critical difference with Brevard was that the ordinance was in existence for a while, while these are new. No boats are being missed here.

It’s in the first sentence. “Thanks to the generous pledges of a few donors”. Some donors have pledged significant amounts for matching. The matching dollars are coming from other members.

I plan to donate as I have before, but where do the matching $’s come from? Didn’t see that in the article unless I just missed it…
