THIS IS NOT TRUE! THE ORDINANCE MAKES NO DISTINCTION OF DAYS OF OFFENSE. IT ONLY SPEAKS ONLY TO THOSE ON THE REGISTRY. ALL REGISTERED MUST ADHERE TO THE RESTRICTION IF THEY MOVE FROM A CURRENTLY APPROVED RESIDENCE!!!!!
