. One has to presume that hotels would sooner refuse to allow all registrants to stay at their hotel than have the burden of notifying every guest,

black and white drinking fountains
white schools black schools
black and white restaurants
this list went on and on,
it was called segregation in the United States !!!
there has to be some where in legislation from the 50s-60
that was written for the blacks freedoms

I think some of the legislators must be using ‘Mary Jane’ for something other than medicinal purposes.
