Where I go, there is no one to hand your license to. You put it in the scanner yourself. No human contact. The way things are going all licenses will show everything about everyone but this way I would rather have a machine know my history than a human.

Many medical and other offices now have self scanners and no receptionist . This is the future , no human contact.

You still have to give it to the clerk who looks at it while putting it in the reader. Or they make a copy of is so then anyone else who has reason or access to your file can see it

This is them just kicking the can down the road. They will lose in the future. They know exactly what they are doing. They have done the same thing with the ex post facto case.

There were long lists of things they got away with when we were on probation/house arrest, but once offer paper, it is insane we still have to have labels, signs, registrations and a long list of other requirements that no other groups have to abide by. For example, designations on our drivers’ licenses.

F.A.C fought and won the fight over the Halloween sign ordinances, but we still have an uphill battle on so many matters that put us and our families in harm’s way. When I was on probation and had to go through offender group counseling, one of the guys spoke up of how he had to home school his kids because they got bullied at school because of their dad being on the registry.
