You said “Why has no one sought emergency relief from SCOTUS yet?”

F.A.C has filed, or helped and or supported, filing many lawsuits. Does 1 and 2 and many more, often joined with other groups. We cannot make a judge side with us so we have to keep trying. Most of us on the registry do not have much money and F.A.C is not a bank.
We all want and need relief but all the money on earth is not going to make a judge side with us. We just need that one judge who has compassion, understanding, grace and conviction pertaining to our situations and how that affects our families.

And, finally, cases can be thrown out if the high court refuses to hear the case or they can remand it back to a lower court, which can also take time. And like I said ALL of this is very costly, lawsuits are usually not free unless you are filing without attorney representation. And even then, there are costs.

Why is this allowed to continue?

Why is the government allowed to break the law and harm members of the public it doesn’t like based on their convictions?

The evidence and facts speak for themselves; they all know the reality of the harm that they are doing.

Why has no one sought emergency relief from SCOTUS yet?

The souls lost in this unlawful government plot are endless and continuously climbing daily!

EMERGENCY RELIEF NOW – LIVES ARE BEING LOST!

Jack, i probably live around an hour of you i think like 30 mins west of Melbourne. anyway truct me you do not have to tell me about the mental issues of this isolation! i live alone for 20+ years no family no one close to discuss things with let alone the deep down things that we all have and would only discuss with very close trusted family or friend. this hit list also creates isolation a feeling or worthlessness, etc… especially being on it long term like us! so trust me i know about mental issues but this could be our opuntinty to get attention in this matter especially for youngsters as there will be lots of media at these court interactions with this case since the people that created the hit list shout protected our children well we need to organize getting people together and march with signs at these court proceedings with sings protect out children remove our children from the hit list, etc… put it back out to them and we can get this to create media attention as this court case in our own back yard will bring world wide media. we can take this tragedy and wake up the public that at some point in time them or there loved one will be on it! look at 20 years ago how many people now are saying get rid of these laws yet 20 years ago the same people were calling us names and saying we are monsters until they or there loved one ended up on the hit list!

Even if we are not physically harmed, we are also targeted by vandalism, harassment, spreading rumors to other neighbors and more. Mental health issues over this is just as bad as being physically attacked in some instances.

You are not alone. My crime was 35 years ago and I was part of the first group to be added to the registry. Two days after getting sent home from prison, the registry letter came stating I need to go to the sheriff’s office and register.

Hang in there my friend. Although I do not think most of us will ever be released from registration, we have to keep the faith. I was arrested in my late 20s, I am not in my 60s. I really do not want to die on the registry but is looking that way since I have numerous medical issues that got worse in prison since their medical units are a joke. You were lucky to get an asprin.

There is more I could say but I would be kicked off F.A.C and maybe get arrested for what my solution is to those who go after us. I will say if that person on the registry fought back protecting themselves, they would probably be executed.

All of us, including me, have had some sort of incident while on the registry, whether your car being scratched on purpose or worse. And when we fill out a useless report, it goes to the “G-C” department, the Garbage can.
