Idk why we still have to put up with these restrictions in Florida? How you take a plea deal to move on with your life. Only to find out you can’t move on because you have a life time of hell. And somehow they can add more restrictions every year. It’s all a bunch of political B.S.. Unfortunately the sex offender registry has not and will not prevent sex crimes. The only way to prevention is educate your kids and parents and gurardian need to be parents and guardians watch your kids.

Wow. I thought Duval was bad having to put the “No candy” signs, but this is beyond the pale. Once again, Florida shows how proud it is of its ignorance and hypocrisy. Any real lawyer would take this case pro bono and bankrupt Nassau County.
