FDLE is doing what they believe is right by fighting just as the AG would be or the Prosecutor would be in situations like this. They get political credibility for it and already are being paid, so they need to do something with their time.

I’d love to get my face taken off the FloriDUH registry someday. I wonder if I could try in federal court since I would be loathe to have to visit FloriDUH to do all this.

It is a slap in the face that EVERY time someone chooses to attack me, they use the FloriDUH registry pic.

That is the photo taken of me after 3 weeks of incarceration, inluding six days in extradition over the road, for a crime I did not commit. I was denied hygeine, not able to shave, and by the time I hit Broward County, I had severe Edema from the shackles and the high fat/sodium slop we were fed.

Lets not forget that the only reason I’m registered there was because of the false allegations the Books helped facilitate against me.

It isn’t so much that the registry itself bothers me as much as THAT PHOTO is what pisses me off.

Ron Kleiner is not only extremely competent and an expert in Florida law as it relates to registrants, he’s also extremely honest, transparent and accessible. He’s been informally advising me several years about my case and I will be hiring him when my 30 year anniversary comes up next year! We are extremely blessed to have this man in our fight!!! I live in California now, but I was very happy to have Ron do my Petition for Removal from Florida’s Registry! Ron kicks ass! He really is the best at this and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Furthermore, as the previous commenter noted, Ron is honest, straightforward and 100% working hard for his clients!

During my time in the military, I was an E-3 temporarily filling a warrant officer slot overseeing the motor pool while senior leadership was on leave. One phone call from a superior changed how I see government budgeting forever. I was told to spend roughly $1.2 million before the fiscal year closed. When I suggested putting it toward genuine tank maintenance needs and personnel support, the response was simple: “Perfect throw a few tank transmissions in there and you’ll be all good.”
That conversation illustrated something budget analysts call the “use-it-or-lose-it” effect. The fear is straightforward if your unit returns unspent funds, next year’s allocation may be cut. So the incentive becomes spending to match or exceed the prior year’s budget, regardless of immediate need.
In my opinion, this mentality is common across many government organizations, though I cannot speak for all of them.

But think we asking for grants to federal funding 90k* looks better than taking out all who have died and moved !

It’s not about right or wrong.

It’s not about the lives of we the people.

We are only $$ to them.

It’s about corrupt privatized corporate-owned prisons, jails, the FDLE and all law enforcement’s budgets, affiliate businesses and profit streams.
