Well, if he was sentenced on January 31, 2019 on a plea deal, he was convicted prior to that. Maybe someone can explain why he still IS NOT on the registry???

In reply to Nancy. My opinion why only he gotten 2 yrs. It is who know that matters, I betcha he get some type of pardon, after those years. Look at Mark lunsford son. He walked away from as ex crime because of who you know. Maybe when Mark passes away. Some State Attorney with a set goes after the son and gets justice

With no mention of probation..hope he realizes how very fortunate he is….verses 20 years in a federal prison.
