I suggest everyone explore stress innoculation training/therapy as a healthy alternative coping mechanism to alcohol or drugs. Fighter pilots and astronauts all receive SIT in their training.

Registering a Zoom account with the FDLE may remove anxiety. The convoluted and confusing wording about internet identifiers could be misunderstood by law enforcement. Zoom is not considered to be an open social media platform, which may not need to be disclosed. The point is to avoid stress and anxiety, if you know the law, great, will the FAC, FDLE or local Sheriff Office answer the question? To register Zoom or not, take no risk, know the law. Thankfully, all anxiety has been removed by FAC, dialing in is now an option.
