In reply to <a href="https://floridaactioncommittee.org/government-reports-can-be-misleading/comment-page-1/#comment-58868">FAC Contributor #12</a>.

Around half. I included all the city council and commissioners’ email addresses where requests for action have been requested…NSB, Crestview, Volusia, Pinellas, etc. I wanted to make sure everyone has access to all of them to copy/paste into email address fields. I have them all in one note that I use to copy/paste into the address field. They’re all getting everything I send.

I send emails to ALL of them with the articles shared by FAC and any other sources. I do not use BCC because I want them all to know what everyone is doing and I want the state heads to see what the lower level heads are doing. I wonder….do any of them feel any shame for causing so much suffering? Can they not perceive the cruelty of their actions?

Sam Killebrew has sent replies to me that just state, “STOP”. How many FL citizens would be interested knowing a state rep is telling citizens to stop sharing concerns? To basically tell citizens to shut up? If I recall correctly, his bio indicates he’s a Christian. I’ve asked all of them, “what would ‘Jesus’ do”? “He” hung out with the worst “sinners”…tax collectors and sex workers. “He” said “let he who is without sin cast the first stone”. Stones are a metaphor for legal fictions they call laws.

LAW OF THE LAND

The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law, constitutes the law of the land. The U. S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for a law which violates the constitution to be valid. This is succinctly stated as follows:

“All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.” Marbury vs. Madison, 5 US (2 Cranach) 137, 174, 176, (1803)

Did you read that?
Is this case being used to support the fight against this absolute disregard for the Constitution?

These housing restrictions are entirely reminiscent of the government’s declaration of “the Indian problem” and the forced removal from land and homes, humans getting pushed further and further out from so-called society. Then they started shrinking the “reservations”, taking even more land and completely destroying their way of life of living in harmony with nature.

Modern reservations are homeless camps. Wooded areas. I think it was a NSB councilwoman who replied to me that they have a hotel where registered citizens live. Is that where they CHOOSE to live is the point she doesn’t get.

Read the books about the Trail Of Tears. My Cherokee ancestors were driven from their homes in East TN and NC and forced to walk around 3K miles through the worst of weather. Women and children were horrifically terrorized and killed, BY OUR GOVERNMENT. Same [moderated], different day, in different ways.

“The illegal we do immediately; the unconstitutional takes a little longer.”

This is not the complete list of email addresses. I posted the rest in 3 or 4 more reply fields.

May I ask, what happened to the replies with all the other email addresses? I went to a LOT of time and trouble to make all the addresses available for everyone. A LOT of time and trouble, and all the problems with the form fields clearing if too many characters. I’m doing all of this for all of you and my son!

Please allow the complete list of email addresses to appear and be readily available to everyone!

Add to that, that many of these laws are applied retroactively. In fact, the registry itself was applied retroactively. My crime was six years before a registry in Florida was even applied.
There was no path to appeal it and it was then labeled as not punishment but just an ordinance. Regardless of what you call it, it can cause you to be imprisoned for who knows how long for something as simple as walking through the grass of a school property.
Since so many of these constant adds are allowed, they continue each session to push the envelope with ever more punitive restrictions that can land us in jail or cause us to have to move.

Second time I’ve had to post this because if your comment is too long, then you have to go back and the form field has cleared. This needs to be fixed.

SEND ALL ARTICLES TO THEM! I am not able to post my email list in full in one comment so I will have to break it up into more than one, I suppose. Here’s my first try:

And to add to that, people on the registry who slip up accidentally on a registry "Rule, law, ordinance" that are supposedly non punitive, can end up being sentenced to years in prison for forgetting an old email address they no longer use.

And of course, the news catches wind of that and twists the facts into a story of a violent, dangerous sex offender was once again arrested and didn't learn their lesson the first time. If I lied to a judge, I could be sent to prison, if the law makers and news reporters lie, they get a pass, stating they are just reporting what someone told them. (Without them doing the real research themselves.)
FACT check people. None of us are perfect, but when you lie just to ruin someone's life and that of their families, that is just callous hate.
