So true. What amazes me most is no matter how long ago the original charges, they make any new law or ordinance retroactive, blanketing anyone caught up in this nightmare. Regardless of the original agreement between the Judge and legal council. Thank goodness for FAC’s support and continued efforts to relieve good people from additional constraints and hidden ordinances.

Thankfully we in Florida also have FAC, which not only challenges these laws but, for the near term, disseminates the sort of information that helps people remain in compliance and out of trouble.
