This is lifetime probation. Lately, they’ve made a point of coming by late mornings during daylight, parking a little ways down the street, then smugly walking along the street dressed in full swat gear and casually walking up our driveway to our front door so as to make it obvious to all of our neighbors and passing cars in a disgusting display of public shaming. Never doubt…everything they do is intentional and with an ill-conceived motive. The USA truly has become a virtual prison and slave plantation, and Trump is not helping with his misguided public support of these Nazi thugs. What he should be doing is publicly addressing this horrific plague:

I heard a pop that sounded like a rifle shot it is highly possible that a shot came in my drivers side and went out the passenger side. I did not report it because of continued vigilantes aggression I worry that if they come by my house they could shoot my 89 yr old mother!!!

Yes, ignorant people throw trash in our yard, screws in our driveway; someone tried to pry our garage door open late at night; people, including cops, will pull into our driveway late at night then take off when we turn lights on; people will blow their horns at me if they see me outside and yell obscenities; someone sped up and tried to run over one of my children while he was walking by the street close to our home but he dived out of the way just in time…we declined to file a police report for obvious reasons, which is sad that we have been deduced to not being able to trust cops for assistance; on occasion when my family was taking a walk together, a car of people slowed down along the road and slowly kept pace with us while yelling obscenities…I was afraid for my family’s safety and we quickly retreated to our car and went home; we’ve had cops follow us around and stalk us at the county fair, or follow me into the bathroom at a restaurant and just stand there watching me urinate then follow me out of the restroom, and make a point of telling the waitress or others about my political status; once, while driving, two groups of what appeared to be teenagers in two different cars boxed me in for several minutes, the car in front would speed up and slow down, while the one behind would suddenly speed up as if to ram me, and would not let me by when I tried to move over, all the while a couple of them with arms and partial bodies hanging out the window flipping me off and yelling obscenities…I was actually scared for my life and feared they would intentionally cause me to crash; and the list goes on…but…a good majority of the abuse has also come from police officers, and the list of their vile deeds is long, some of which I have already shared with FAC via private email. For multiple reasons, my family and I live in fear for our lives. We are very fearful to answer our front door because cops have made such a spectacle of my family and me in front of our neighbors including at all hours of the night. A cop will occasionally drive by our our home and, just before passing our home, turn his siren and lights on, then turn them off right after passing. I have suffered panic attacks, depression, insomnia and vomiting because of all this, with no health insurance to see a physician. I have not been gainfully employed since 2001, even after applying for the lowest of the low jobs and in industries that are known for even hiring convicted murderers. The original statute from January 1997 says ‘lewd/lascivious’ but when people run a background check it sometimes comes back as indecent ‘assault’ which gives the false impression that violence or force was involved in the decades-old relatively minor incident, which is absolutely not the case at all. Regardless, once a potential employer finds out I am on the RSO registry website, and in light of all the political fear mongering and grandstanding, I never even make it to the interview process or get a return phone call. The hellish nightmare that both the state and federal SORNA stupidity has subjected my family and me to is beyond insanity! To have swat teams of law enforcement AND ‘gang unit’ officers (what the h_ll??!) come by four or more times a year and abruptly swarm our yard at all hours, including after midnight, ringing our doorbell and banging on the door with their fists, ordering us to open the door, with lights and sirens blaring, dressed in swat gear, blaring their voices on a loud speaker for the entire neighborhood to hear…I can only say that I have, on occasion, contemplated taking my life as a result of the public shaming and mental abuse by these sorry, fascists S.O.B.’s. When people lose everything and have nothing left to lose, they lose it. I’m so weary. Enough is enough!

Very hard time finding a place to live we now have to move again because we can’t afford to live here and every place I look at i rejected my crime was Having a8 mm film with teen agers. The film was dated1943 I was born in 1955 I’m serving a life sentence and so is my mom it really sucks

I also moved out in 2005 after the Lunsford case. When I started hearing “save a child, hang a pedophile” on the national news by someone who was found himself with child porn on his computer I had enough. Florida started an all out assault on any sex offender at that point, and then they had the other cases too seemingly all at once.
