They they instead seek out that person and remind them to register? I think this case needs to be admitted into evidence in the ex post facto case to show the state is outright lying.

I will say I was arrested by the detective but another FDLE officer showed up. Upon sitting outside waiting for my ride to the jail for 20 minutes they got pretty comfy talking around me. A certain detective wants a promotion onto the FDLE team and boasted his track record to the FDLE officer. FDLE tallahassee supervisor was one on my day and he said his record makes him great canadiate for being FDLE sex offender unit. Yeah they got way to comfy in from of me as I noticed alot of violation of any civil arrest rights

They charged me with FTR after living in colorado and traveling to flordia to buy an RV and registering it there. Was going to fly back to colorado to get my family for my son who lived with his mom fell on drugs. Well going back they arrested me for I forgot to report the purchase and registration of that vehicle. Have a Traumatic brain injury from my military experience and wasn’t trying to skirt anything. Take medication that also have side effects of memory loss. Of course first charge was from police trap and I ran out of money to fight it legally. So we shall see what hernado country fl does to a Obama era retired with combat injuries proven. Got a lawyer so fight is on. Took two months for the court to let me travel with GPS monitoring to the next county so I could see my VA doctors that was a mess with my lawyer. They dont care to much it seems. I have to close down my whole life in colorado which I was resident. So any help or insight helps

Really?! Some investigator he is! Lord knows what he could’ve done in the month of June to harm society before he showed up again! /sarc

Yet, this gent came in again on time as needed without issue and gets busted. As another commenter noted, it was more probably more than this that was taken into account at sentencing but his lengthy record to help him straighten out.
