					<description><![CDATA[As we say quite often on these posts: The arguments against these laws, ordinances, and requirements seem so on-point, rational, and obvious.

Reading this motion does give me hope of prevailing on facts and data in the face of scare tactics and new laws being introduced at each legislative session.

Interesting that the arguments against a unique identifier are directly related to legal precedent but Florida driver licenses contain such a mark at this very time.
