Also a VISA is mandatory to visit India so that will end your trip before you even start as you must send them your passport for the VISA to be placed in your passport they will do a background check and of course your passport will have a comment about your conviction on the back page. Oh remember there are always a way in life to visit where you are not welcomed but think of the consequences of your decisions.
