					<description><![CDATA[What a joke. The real &quot;punishment (not that it&#039;s punishment... no no that has been made very clear)&quot;, is that the registry is public: registry keeps PFRs unemployed, homeless, and victims of vigilantism. 

In a couple of years when my father dies and I&#039;m sleeping in a dumpster, the public aspect of the registry is what will keep the public safe from me getting a job as a dishwasher or waiter.

Besides, why keep it private at all? it&#039;s not punitive remember?]]></description>
