Interesting, isn't it… they say they're funding “evidence-based tools and technologies” while ignoring the evidence that the current scheme lacks ANY evidence of benefit.

Note well the end of the statement: "manage sex offenders and protect citizens". Left unsaid is his opinion that we are not citizens with rights deserving of protection.

We should be used to it by now. We gain one victory, just to see another loss follow shortly. This just goes to show you that the govt gives lip service to groups that want to reform prison laws and post-conviction requirements for ex-felons and SOs. But when people put money to something, it shows where their real intent and motive lies. Once again, the govt does NOT want to help out citizens of any kind. If you look at the pattern, all they seem to do is increase surveillance over all of us, not just SOs. This is where this is heading. And notice, once again, it's all done in the name of "security." The govt doesn't give a damn about child safety or anyone's safety but their own. That's why their building their own bunkers so when SHTF, they can go underground and be safe while we all perish. Just a small microcosm of a much larger sinister plan.
