No I have not had a stroke, but I have spent the last couple of years caring for two family members in a Nursing home, that were not able to dress them self or eat on their own, or get out of bed on their own. They could not even walk. I am Just trying to understand who determines this, dementia is qualified event but a stroke is not. Confusing to me.

I was viewing some petitions on Change.org and just found this petition that targets people who have committed a sex crime. Some of these demands are pretty scary. At the bottom of the petition is all the demands of new laws that are very extreme, especially if retro-active.
