I still say a class action law suit against the Kanka family and the state of NJ should happen. They started this crap.
What does a skinny dipping issue have to do with the rape and murder of a 7 yr old? What does a POST PUBESCENT teenager with an older person have to do with the rape and murder of a 7 yr old?
What does sexting between teenagers have to do with the rape and murder of a 7 yr old?
Answer to all above – NOTHING!

When people do documentaries on sexual offenses they need to include issues like what happened to you.

This “minor” as well as many other minors across this country are more dangerous than the adults we teach them to fear. To hell with this “minor”. We’re so worried about protecting “the children” when it’s the children we should all fear. Many minors his age are running in gangs in Chicago, NYC, Los Angeles and other cities around the county.
Screw this minor. Now he can have his start at a possibly ongoing criminal history.

Causing undue alarm in the public is a chargeable offense when private citizens incite it, yet our own government pushes these illegal and immoral policies and ordinances even though they should know better.

In my opinion, theirs is the greater offense – a person is beaten and scarred while a minor is made into a criminal – none of which would have happened if it were not for the actions of those who disseminated these notifications under the guise of public safety.

Well said my friend. This man and his family needs to sue the hell out of not just the boys family and take them for everything they own, but sue the state as well. Take it as far as they can take it and make an example (haven’t we heard that before) out of the state, the boy and his family, and put everyone else on notice that this is NOT going to happen ANYMORE! Like you said, we need to stand up and fight and we need to do it by taking our gloves off. No holds barred anymore. This is insane.
