In reply to Sentinal. Bravo! You are absolutely correct. We must never forget that we are citizens of the United States and thus have certain rights, especially against false accusations. I truly hope that the events in Lake County were not the acts of a sex offender as such actions do nothing positive for the cause. I can understand how this year after year 'foot dragging' can cause some to lose hope and feel such acts are the only alternatives. Unfortunately they are a step backwards in all the work forward. We must be patient and know that justice will one day prevail.

Can’t help but laugh at all the drama surrounding this incident. The cops are running around trying to catch one of the “usual suspects”. The “usual suspects” are sitting around wringing their hands worried about a knock on the door. Since I’m not on probation or parole, if there is a knock on my door I would answer it only to experience the satisfaction of telling someone to “F” off. If all of you want to sit around stressing about what the cops think or what they might do then have at it, you will be giving them exactly what they want. Know you rights, know the law that applies to you so you understand what the cops can and cannot do, then stand up for yourself. If you don’t take a stand then you will forever live in fear and will be paralyzed to live the life you have and that is the real effect of the registry.

In reply to Sean. As others have stated. It all looks very suspicious. Who would commit a crime then write you ID all over a wall with paint telling who did it. I don’t know anyone that stupid. They used the word assumed which generally describes the one doing it by its first three letters of the word. Appears to me it’s just someone trying to throw the police off track, looks like it worked.

In reply to Robert. Even the dumbest criminal wouldn't leave a trail like the person who torched the cars did. That is why it cannot be a RSO based on what was left the police could easily find him/her. It has to be someone looking to jam an RSO up with BS charges. I have said it before and ill say it again could be the police themselves. maybe they felt the individual didn't get a strong enough sentence

Hmmmm…… Lets see. Fire set and cars vandalized outside of a Medical Complex. Police are looking at FDLE Flyers????
What about the CAMERAS set all around the complex, leading up to the complex, witnesses…. Did the “perp” take the cans and gallon containers with him after he did the damage?? Fingerprints; DNA, description??
NOPE< just straight to the FDLE files to “put the bad man in jail”. JUST HAS TO BE A SEX OFFENDER.
I think that Lake County is actually the “Keystone Cops”….. chasing shadows, not the real perps.
And I will bet that the person is some “3 tooth vigilante” that the cops know well and is NOT a sex offender.
I pray for the sex offenders in Lake County for the undue wrath they are about to incur.

Who is to say that it actually was an SO. It could be a person that isnt registered that hates SO ‘s, which as we all know there is plenty. This tactic will make things alot worse for all of us and I agree it could possibly cause the government to make us all wear GPS no matter the lvl of offense.i dont put anything past the government anymore to do anything they want to do legally or illegally.

It is sad to know the person doing it is jeopardizing their lives but it is good to see someone is actually standing up..keep pushing people to where they have nothing left to loose and eventually even a coward will fight..this man will be a martyr which is sad, but hopefully it sparks enough unrest that others who have nothing left to loose will pick up the torch as well. Same as black rights, womens rights, prohibition ect….The government wont do the right thing until they are given a reason to be scared if they dont..only two things that motivate the corrupt government power and the threat to loss of power.. Martin Luther Kings speeches didnt give blacks rights.. The threat of Farakan and the Black Panthers burning the country down did.

Who is to say that it wasn’t someone trying to get all sex offenders put in prison that did it. They can find when we are all sentenced and what our crimes are by checking the registry it would be very easy to frame anyone on the registry with all of our laundry out there and there are so many people that hate us and want to see us go away. How better to do that than light something on fire and leave a paper trail back to us? wouldn’t be surprised if it was the police themselves

Its axiomatic that for one person to look good, another person must look bad. So, the vandalism may not have been done by someone on or even associated with the registry. It could have been done by someone else who is using the registry as a way to take focus off themselves and on sex offenders instead. We on the registry are of course assumed guilty until proven innocent. Let’s hope the authorities find the correct suspect and he/she is not a registered citizen or even associated with the registry.
