The answer is it doesn’t matter. I didn’t have any social media. I didn’t join any forums. I didn’t go to any outlandish sites. I wasn’t on the deep web. I wasn’t using tor. I didn’t have any peer to peer sharing software. I never had any cloud storage account. I had never used Facebook, or Instagram. I wasn’t searching any suspicious terms. I hardly used the computer. The federal agents didn’t even know if i owned a computer or digital device.

I hadn’t posted anything illegal. I hadn’t accessed anything illegal. I never said or posted wanting anything illegal.

Many of those who take these things to trial win at trial or on appeal. Most can’t afford to do that. Published cases are appeals. So keep in mind these people who won appeals had been originally convicted! Your son’s experience is the template for what is happening all over.

You’ve been reading my son’s mail.

This is exactly what what happened to him in 2011. Meets an “18 year old” on line, who turned out to be 14. Mom finds out about the conversations and calls cops who set up a meeting and arrest my son.

Pre-trial, he is offered a plea: 9 years or go to trial and the DA will ask for 40 years. His research shows that a) juries in his jurisdiction are not sympathetic to individuals charged with on-line solicitation; b) the juries have been handing out typical sentences of approximately 20 years.

So he takes the plea and serves 5 years of the sentence before being released on parole in 2017. Registering has left him unemployed and unemployable.

To add further insult to injury, 1 week after the presiding judges sentenced him to 9 years; the same judge sentenced a woman who carried on a 6 month long affair with a 13 year old to probation (although she did have to register.)

His experience has taught me a) there is no Justice in the Criminal Justice System and b) a good [ie expensive lawyer like those working for Kraft ] could have avoided his ever going to trial.

Greedy Grady is mostly responsible for these escapades making the Populous think about the concept of ‘Stranger Danger’, of which NO LONGER Exists into Today’s Modern society…..As a Kindly Reminder, of the 212 Missing Children in 2019, yes only 212, all but One returned back to their domiciles, not the 75K that were reported erroneously…

As another Kindly Reminder, my sentencing Judge, a Female, took two brief pauses to repose back in chamber and then re-appeared, with tears in her eyes and gave me 10 year probation sentence and Immediately ‘Retired from the Bench which was recorded’; She looked at me with Frustration and left the Court Room; 2 years later when the Ruthless Female Probation Officer Illegally VOP me, the sentencing Judge Curry, sentenced me to 26 months in State Prison, he Died later that evening with a Massive Heart Attack…..I went to Boarding School with the Judge’s Son while claiming a Conflict of Interest, he denied it

KARMA can RUN DEEP!

The police officer said “but why? I will be 18 in just a few months!”

Again I said “f*** off and never contact me again!”

Nothing happened but that cop can not be “confused” by f*** off!

Point being, even if you say “f*** off” they will still try to entrap you, with “I am just a few months away from 18” when you clearly tell them to leave you alone.
