Offenders that have problems are usually friends with, are family relatives and most likely know their victims. That is the hardline fact! Children have a more likely chance of getting hurt playing in the street that they do by a known RSO living in their neighborhood. Another hardline face! This is about hysteria brought on by local media outlets misinforming the public of the so called dangerous Monsters that live in the neighborhood. RSO’s in the USA have been shot, houses burned down, kidnapped and tortured to death! Vigilantism runs rampant and every RSO must be on guard. Since I expect this was State or Government Housing that the RSO was ordered to move into. then this maniac should be charged with Felony Federal Arson and attempted Murder. Now lets see whom lives again in this neighborhood!
