It’s unfortunate that school districts feel that they are exempt from abiding by California law i.e. penal code and education code, not to mention from the recommendation of their very own California School Board Association regarding this very matter. You can’t violate the law to enforce the law by interpreting it to your own liking. RSO’s have parental rights just like any other parent. I’m a fighter and have no fear of my client and his counsel taking this all the way to the California State Supreme Court.

Let’s not forget the staggering number of kids abused in foster homes after the state took them away from their parents. A good bit of DCF’s budget goes to settling lawsuits.

With all the statistics on how children fair much better in society and their personal lives as adults when both parents are involved in every aspect of their upbringing this is a no brainer or maybe the state wants to keep a steady clientele base for the penial system

the same government that murders children up to birth removes parents from raising their children “because they care about protecting the children”… the hypocrisy is stifling..
