Very funny, isn’t any sex offender registry punishment, regardless what the judges, courts and law makers say. Especially if it was “Awarded” to us after we had already been sentenced? Mostly those like myself, who there was no registry until years after our offense(s).

In reply to Mr. D. But that is the thing they declined to hear Doe V Snyder so they will not hear this either. They usually only take cases like this if there are splits. AND i hope they do because after their Ellingburg ruling in January this would be a good time. They cant kick the can forever.

Lawmakers don’t care about laws. If they did, ex post facto would have been considered in all of these draconian punishments.

It’s a start. Any new laws after you were sentenced should not apply to you. It just makes sense.
