I agree. Being retroactively forced to re register after 17 years removed. That is why I’m here. That is not justice. That’s cruel and unusual punishment.

It didn’t matter what Circuit I am in or from because I was granted Due Process under U.S. Constitutional Law on this ACT. It is a breach of this civil judgement disobeying a court order inflicting a second punishment of public notification. My conviction records were court sealed in 1995 on this ACT by a judge. Lee County Sheriff Office and FDLE unmasked me in Dec. 1998 using H.R. 2137 now they lied to try and cover this up cause they know that won’t work. They didn’t know who I actually am when they lied either. What we did was find what caused this breach for all of us not just me. V.J.’s brashness of raising her voice at me with “All circuits have ruled its not a punishment” was a half truth. IF a New Jersey Retroactive Tier Level 1 was put on any public registry in ANY state it became state inflicted punishment under the Ex Post Facto AND Double Jeopardy clauses of the U.S. Constitution exposing the hidden punishment against the low level non violent registrants. I have the 3rd Circuit ruling to back this civil judgement up for me, however can I bring the rest of you with me? IDK. They could only require me to register but they were not to have made it public record. I spit true facts not bullshit. When I come in here it’s not to beat the war drums against FAC or you, it’s to rattle their cage.
