I would not risk it, especially if it looks real. And if you shoot someone with a pellet gun, even as defense, because of our charges, I am pretty sure you would be charged. Even if charges dropped, you would never get off the registry because of an arrest, even if dropped, it still counts for the registry mafia.

No we can not possess firearms, but we can have pellet guns, etc…. think outside the box… 🙂

In that situation, I would have stayed inside, called 9-11 and told them there was a group of home invasion punks trying to gain access to my house with my wife and kids inside. And would have asked them not to come with lights and sirens because then, like they always do, they would get away.

There’s no reason to hypothesize or share a personal anecdote with every single story we share.
A group of kids harassed and assaulted this guy in his own home over an offense from 30 years ago. That says it all. Inventing alternate scenarios is not informing members of anything.

It’s tempting to imagine that getting charged with a felony would give us the opportunity to send a national message of our choosing. But in most cases it does no such thing. Facts, please don’t get yourself in trouble!

4. Being accosted in the middle of the night by a mob of masked assailants recording you on your property without you consent is an act of aggression and a threatening gesture.

Just an observation. The guy probably hand doorbell cams – which the mob noticed – and that’s why they went to his garage.
