I’ve been blessed that my ex wife allowed me to buy a 30′ travel trailer that I positioned in her large back yard. I spent lots of money to bring in the necessary plumbing, electric, cable, water and all other things to make it livable. Now she wants me to move away. I have few to no alternatives here in South Miami Dade County. One count of possession of child pornography (federal) and 5 years of probation (completed in 2006), I now have to start pricing a nice little tent and a place to set it up. Good luck, right? this is a life sentence! And what good is my 4 year college degree in accounting? Worthless, as is my life.

o yeah, totally predictable.. keep up the good work. If they’re arguing it right, this will be a done deal. of course nothing positive is gonna happen until the case gets as far away from florida as possible. Wouldn’t want a precious florida judge to lose his place on the bench or his stellar reputation in the community, ya know? how is he supposed to face his golf buddies the next day after allowing u.s. citizens who’ve served their time the right to exist in their own community?

Yeah expected because the whole county is in the pocket of the Books. How could any officer of the court not see the the travesty of (in)justice going on here!!!!

The residency restrictions in Miami-Dade County is not only for registered citizens currently on probation, but they are for registered citizens even when they finish probation(post probation sentence). For the rest of their lives for as long as they live in the county. There has to be some unconstitutional standing to that. There are homeless registered citizens in Miami-Dade that have been out of probation for years now.
